DAY 1 Arrive Paro – Thimphu sightseeing

Day 4 Punakha – Wangdue Phodrang – Gangtey

The afternoon brings a rewarding hike to Lungchutse Temple, where sweeping views of Gasa Dzong and Mount Masagang unfold before you. Take your time enjoying the mountain air and peaceful surroundings. Settle in comfortably for the night in Thimphu.

DAY 7 Thimphu – Paro sightseeing

Ascend gently to Cheli La Pass at 3,810 meters, where Bhutan’s highest road reveals breathtaking Himalayan vistas, including the majestic Mount Jomolhari. Return through the quiet Kila Gompa nunnery. Afternoon invites you to explore treasures at Ta Dzong National Museum and the stately Rinpung Dzong from 1646. Evening hours are yours for unhurried town wandering and shopping.

DAY 8 Paro sightseeing - Hike to the Tiger's nest monastery

Today’s gentle climb takes you to the legendary Tiger’s Nest Monastery, clinging to the cliffsides since 1684. Afternoon brings reflective moments at the historic Drukgyal Dzong ruins and the sacred Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s most cherished temples from 659 AD, radiating centuries of devotion and peace. Return for a restful evening.

DAY 9 Paro – Departure
